As a small business, we accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be damaged or defective at delivery
- A 360° parcel opening video is mandatory
Video Requirements:
- Must start from sealed, unopened package
- Must be one continuous shot
- Must clearly show:
- Unopened parcel
- Opening process
- Product condition
Important Conditions:
- Tampered or staged videos will be rejected
- Previously opened or repacked parcels = invalid claim
- Invalid claims will not receive any response
Return Conditions
- Product must be in original condition
- Must include:
- Tags
- Original packaging
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike
- Size / fitting issues
- Colour or style preference
- Any reason other than genuine damage or defect
- Incorrect or outdated address
- Invalid address (PO Box, etc.)
- Delivery failure after 3 attempts
- Refused delivery
- Used products
- Sizes already confirmed via WhatsApp
How to Request a Return

Provide:
- Order ID
- 360° opening video (mandatory)
- Problem description
- Once approved:
- You will receive return instructions
- Refund Method (Important):
- Only Coupon Credit will be issued
- Validity: 30 days
Prepaid Orders:
- Full amount as coupon credit
COD Orders:
- Coupon after deducting ₹120 handling charges
- If no response:
- Request is not approved
- Due to policy mismatch
- Returns accepted only via:
- Official Email
- Official WhatsApp
- False or misleading claims = Strict Rejection
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange is approved only if:
- All mandatory proofs submitted
- Request raised within 24 hours
- Contact via:
- WhatsApp / Website inbox only

Exchange Conditions
- Return + reshipping charges = Customer responsibility
- If size unavailable:
- Choose alternative product
- Pay price difference (if any)
Important Rules
- Products sent without approval = Rejected
- No eligibility for:
- Return
- Refund
- Exchange
- Such items can be sent back only if:
- Customer pays reshipping charges

Special Case
If Yuvathi Bridal Destination confirms:
- Wrong product sent
👉 Appropriate action will be taken as per policy
