Delivery Period Guidelines

Delivery timeline starts from the day after shipment.
Customers will receive tracking details once shipped.Estimated delivery time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 Business Days
- Courier delays are beyond our control. However, we will actively follow up.
- Customers should track orders regularly.
- Ensure someone is available at delivery address.
- For non-residential addresses (office, hotel, etc.), customers must coordinate with:

Important Delivery Conditions
- Delivery agents may not call before delivery
- Usually 1–2 delivery attempts are made

- Parcel will be held at nearest hub
- Customer must contact courier and arrange delivery
If not collected:
- Parcel will be returned to origin
- Reshipping charges will apply
