Availability of Products
If any product displayed in our online store becomes temporarily unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, www.yuvathi.co.in will place your order on hold until the item is back in stock. Once available, the product will be shipped to you in the normal manner.
In the event that a product becomes permanently unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative. If no alternative option is acceptable to you, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

Packing

However, despite our best efforts, packages may occasionally be damaged due to handling by the delivery service or inspection processes at the destination country’s customs. Delivery Details
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, along with a valid contact phone number. The phone number should belong to the customer or recipient who can be reached if the courier requires assistance during delivery.
Yuvathi Bridal Destination will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from:
- The addressee being unavailable at the time of delivery
- Incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address details provided by the customer

Product and pricing

Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged products.
